How long does it take to get a VA?

It depends on the role, your specialty and your schedule. We give you a realistic timeline on your first call, and we won’t rush a placement just to fill it.

Do I get to choose my VA?

Yes. You interview the VAs we shortlist and choose the one you want, so you can be sure they’re a good fit for your team.

Who manages my VA?

Your team directs the day-to-day work, like any team member. We handle their contract, pay, taxes, training, check-ins and quality reviews.

What hours will my VA work?

The schedule you set, during your U.S. business hours.

Will my VA work in my EHR?

Yes. Your VA works inside the systems you already use, with the access you approve. We match you with a VA who has experience with tools like yours.

What if it doesn’t work out?

If your first VA isn’t the right fit within 14 days, choose a new VA at no extra cost, or end the agreement and pay nothing for those two weeks. After that, replacements are still free.
