Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 22, 2026
The short version: this website gives general information about Cloverpo. Our actual services, prices and responsibilities are set out in a written service agreement signed with each client, which takes priority over anything on this site.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Cloverpo website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Cloverpo is a business founded and operated in the Philippines. Business address: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. Business registration: DTI Business Name Registration No. 8575850. Contact: hello@cloverpo.com.
2. Our services
The information on this site, including role descriptions, task lists and pricing, is a general overview to help you understand what we offer. It is not an offer that can be accepted online.
Every client engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement. If anything on this website differs from your service agreement, your service agreement applies. Availability of virtual assistants depends on matching the right person to your needs.
3. Prices
Prices shown on this site are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. They describe our standard plans. Your final price, billing schedule and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. We may change our published prices at any time; changes don’t affect a signed agreement except as that agreement allows.
Our refund, cancellation and fit guarantee terms are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Hiring your VA directly
After 18 months of continuous service with Cloverpo, a client may hire their virtual assistant directly, subject to the terms of the client’s service agreement. Optional paid support after a direct hire, such as payroll or HR help, is available by separate agreement.
5. Not medical, legal or billing advice
Our virtual assistants perform administrative and support tasks under your direction and inside the systems you provide. Cloverpo does not provide medical, legal, tax or compliance advice. Clinical decisions, coding and billing compliance, and final review of work remain the responsibility of your practice.
6. Patient information and client responsibilities
Please don’t send patient information or other protected health information through this website or by email.
When a virtual assistant works with your practice, you decide which systems and information they can access, and you can change or remove that access at any time. Your practice remains responsible for its own legal obligations for patient data, including under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where it applies. Data-handling commitments between you and Cloverpo are set out in your service agreement.
7. Examples and results
Task lists, “responsible for” descriptions and examples on this site describe the work our virtual assistants focus on. They are not promises of specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your systems, workflows, volume and the direction you provide.
8. Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam or false information, trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, or using automated tools to copy its content.
9. Intellectual property
The Cloverpo name, logo, text, design and images on this website belong to Cloverpo or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding without our written permission. The typefaces used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
10. Third-party services and links
Some features rely on other companies, such as the services that deliver our forms and run our call booking, and we may link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee that it will always be error-free, complete or uninterrupted.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cloverpo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to our services is governed by your service agreement.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Cebu City, Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
